Thank you for visiting Titusville Towers Assisted Living Facility. Titusville Towers is owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Titusville. We were founded out of a concern for low income, elderly residents of the community. Most of these elderly residents were being forced into nursing homes because of no long-term care alternatives.

Based in Titusville Towers, a 120-unit elderly designated complex, it was built in 1970 and has been completely renovated. The 12-story building offers both semi-private efficiency and one bedroom apartments.

With six units with ADA design, they also feature full kitchens and bathrooms. In the first floor common region of the Towers, we have a generous activity area, two ADA bathrooms, full commercial kitchen, laundry facility, and a large dining/community center.
